Oral Presentation Rules

    1. The presentations will be in English or Turkish
    2. The declaration of presentation should be in 15 minutes.
    3. The presentations will be made on dates and at the hours , pre-determined by the congress program and there will not be any changes.
    4. Projection devices, computers etc. will be ready in the presentation rooms.
    5. Presentation files should be submitted to the incumbents at least 15 minutes before the beginning of the presentation, uploaded to computer and controlled.
    6. Abstracts should be between 300-350 words.
    7. Online participation links will be shared at Congress Program.

Poster Declaration Preparation Rules

    1. The language of posters should be in English or Turkish
    2. Posters should be prepared in the dimensions of 50 cm x 90 cm.
    3. Under the poster declaration title, names and surnames and organizations of the writers should be written clearly.
    4. The writers will be ready on determined dates and time for poster discussion on the declarations.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

You are required to submit your abstract, which should be a Word or PDF file created using the provided template, through the Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (CMT) system. Please note that if you are not already registered with the Microsoft CMT, you will need to create an account in order to submit your abstract.

GUIDE TO CREATING AN ACCOUNT ON MICROSOFT'S CMT

    1. Access the Microsoft CMT TRB2 ICES submission page:** Go to the TRB2 ICES submission page by typing the following URL into your web browser:
      https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/TRB2ICES2023/Submission/Index
    2. Go to the User Login page:** Once on the site, you will find a “User Login” section.
    3. Register for a new account:** If you don’t already have an account, you will need to register for one. Look for the “Register” option below the login fields and click on it.
    4. Fill out the registration form:** You will need to provide some personal information to create your account. This usually includes your full name, email address, and a password. Make sure to enter a valid email address, as you will need to verify it in the next step.
    5. Verify your email address:** After submitting the registration form, check your email for a verification message from Microsoft CMT. Click the verification link in the email to verify your email address and activate your account.
    6. Log in to your account:** Once your email address has been verified, you can log in to your new Microsoft CMT account using the email address and password you provided during registration.
    7. Start using Microsoft CMT for TRB2 ICES:** After logging in, you can start submitting abstracts or full papers for the TRB2 ICES conference.
