We are pleased to invite you to the 4th TRB2 International Congress on Educational Sciences (TRB2-ICES-IV), which will be held between 15–17 October 2025 in the province of Hakkari, Turkey. The congress will be organized in a hybrid format, allowing for both face-to-face and online participation.
This year’s congress will be held under the main theme of “Family and Education”. It aims to provide a dynamic academic platform to share current research findings, new perspectives, and practical insights that examine the multifaceted relationship between family structures and educational systems. The event will also emphasize research contributing to the regional development of the TRB2 area.
As the Organizing Committee, we kindly await your participation with your valuable studies in the field of educational sciences. All submissions will undergo a rigorous evaluation process by the scientific committee and external reviewers to ensure academic integrity and quality.
We are excited to welcome participants from various countries and disciplines. Our congress program will feature keynote speakers, thematic panels, and parallel sessions led by renowned academics and regional experts. Participants will have the opportunity to take part in scholarly discussions, exchange ideas, and share their views with researchers who have made notable contributions to the field.

Hakkâri has a continental and mountainous climate. In mid-October, average daytime temperatures hover around 16°C, while nighttime lows can reach 5°C. Visitors are advised to bring warm clothing, especially for early mornings and evenings, as the weather can be chilly due to the high elevation of the city (approx. 1,700 meters above sea level).
Turkey operates on 220 volts, 50 Hz, with round-prong European-style plugs that fit into recessed wall sockets. Most laptops, phone chargers, and camera equipment are compatible with this voltage, but you may need a plug adapter. Devices that support INPUT: 100-240V
can be used safely; otherwise, a voltage converter is necessary.
Most travelers to Turkey require a visa. Many nationalities can obtain an e-Visa online or a sticker visa at the point of entry. It is recommended to have a passport valid for at least six months beyond your entry date. The Hakkâri Yüksekova Selahaddin Eyyubi Airport (YKO) serves the region with domestic flights. Daily flights from major cities such as Istanbul and Ankara are available via airlines like Turkish Airlines and AnadoluJet. The airport is located approximately 80 km from Hakkâri city center, and transportation is provided via shuttles, taxis, and private transfers.

Turkish and English are the official languages of the conference. We welcome paper submissions. Prospective authors are invited to submit full (and original research) papers (which is NOT submitted or published or under consideration anywhere in other conferences/journal) in electronic (DOC or PDF) format.
